If the safety of participants cannot be ensured due to high temperatures on race day the race distance may be shortened or the race cancelled. An announcement will be made on the race website at 4:00 a.m. on race day in the event of cancellation or shortening of distance due to heat, earthquakes, flooding, snow, accidents, contagion or other circumstances. |

An early start option for a 15-hour time limit! To help raise the finishing rate we’ve created a special early start one hour early at 6:00 a.m. for women 40 years or older and men 60 years or older who expect to take more than 12 hours to finish! The time limit for the 6:00 a.m. start is 15 hours, one hour longer than the 6:30 a.m. start division. Why not experience the thrill of finishing a 100 km ultramarathon? |
